Had an amazing stay at this resort on my recent vacation. the staff were very attentive, and the location near West Beach was absolutely stunning. the proximity to the Market and Corallo restaurants as well as the airport was convenient. the pool was fantastic, and I enjoyed having drinks at the pool bar.

The location of this place is a bit far from the bustling downtown area, but still close enough to easily reach it. the beach nearby may not be a postcard-perfect paradise, as it serves as a harbor for boats and barges. This venue is situated atop a hill or cliffs, offering a unique vantage point. 🌅

The hotel was luxurious and located on a hill, offering a great view of the sunset. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of western options. - the location was amazing and beautiful, within easy walking distance of Dam Trong island.

Wow, what an incredible find! This hotel is a hidden gem on a stunning peninsula in Phu Quoc. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with the sea just steps away. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the sunset from the hill. It was truly a memorable experience. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, each with its own ensuite bath and balcony. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the basic amenities to the friendly and attentive staff. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including delicious western dishes and amazing Vietnamese coffee. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, service, and overall experience.

Perfectly located on a beautiful beach, the rooms were nicely decorated and the spa/fitness facilities were great. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, and the pool was clean and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The prices of both the restaurants and the grocery store were sky-high, and a bit too much for our budget. There were a lot of insects and bugs around the resort, making it quite uncomfortable at times.

The complimentary arrival drinks and the live music in the evenings made for a nice welcome. the location on a beautiful beach with clear waters was idyllic. the included breakfast had a large variety of options to choose from, including a fruit section and an omelette bar.

The service was not up to par with what we were expecting over Christmas. Staff seemed overworked and disorganized, with long waits for meals and drinks.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort! the location was perfect, with crystal-clear waters both in the ocean and in the many pools spread throughout the village. the villa was spacious and very comfortable, with excellent housekeeping. the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. We also enjoyed the private pool and the relaxing spa services.

We did notice some inconsistency in the staff's attention to detail, especially with regards to food and beverage service.

We loved this resort! The hotel facilities - from the clean beach with beach chairs, to the various outdoor areas with good facilities such as the pools and umbrellas - were all great. The staff was always pleasant and helpful, especially our villa host who made the stay enjoyable. The location next to the beach was perfect, close to the nature, providing beautiful views. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and the cleanliness was top-notch.

This hotel left us in awe with its exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our luxurious needs. the service was outstanding and the Spa & wellness center was top-notch. We especially enjoyed the full body massage and the poolside snack bar. the location advantages were also excellent, with access to a beautiful beachfront and stunning sun terrace.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of beauty treatments offered. this did not detract from our overall experience.

The beach water was warm, calm, and shallow, perfect for families with young kids. The resort went above and beyond to accommodate us, providing a crib and high chair in our villa. The food was fantastic, and we loved the in-villa BBQ. The staff, especially childcare worker Hanh, were attentive and made our stay enjoyable. The gym facilities were great, and the resort is runner-friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a family-friendly beach holiday. Managed By Accor. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
